Long time no see

I am back in Spokane! Rest and relaxation is officially over - the next three weeks will be packed as full as I can manage! I am visiting friends and family, preparing my house for new renters (and looking for new renters), and most importantly - fundraising!

Happy Birthday Mety!

Ok, so I'm pretty seriously behind on blog posts, for multiple reasons. This post is from March 3rd!

For Mety's birthday, we decided to have a girls day out at Naiberi resort! Me, Kelsey, Ligia, Maureen, Esther, Damarice and of course - Mety - all had a really great time!

Me + Mety + Chocolate cake = happiness!

 Before you become shocked with my mad cake decorating skills, I'll just go ahead and tell you that I found the adorable white candy flowers at a grocery store in town and just stuck them on the cake with icing. But the cursive icing writing = mad skills!

The pool was freezing cold, so this was as far "in" as we could get, but it was still a fun day!
